1. Promoter
The promoter is Adelaide City Kia (City Motor Group Adelaide Pty Ltd), ABN 67 007 891 518
152-156 Railway Tce, Mile End South 5031 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 28/11/25 and closes at 11:59pm on the date of the final Adelaide Strikers BBL home match at Adelaide Oval (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to attendees at Adelaide Strikers WBBL and BBL matches at Adelaide Oval during the Promotion Period who are aged 18 years or over.
A valid email address and mobile number must be supplied.
Employees of the Promoter, SACA, Adelaide Strikers, Kia Australia, Adelaide City Kia, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Scan the QR code displayed at the Kia Tasman activation;
b) Submit all required form fields, including the Tasman trivia answer and tie-breaker guess.
Only one entry per person per match day is permitted.
Duplicate or automated entries may be voided at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Trivia Question and Tie-Breaker
Entrants will be asked the trivia question:
“What is the towing capacity of the new Kia Tasman?”
Entrants who select the correct answer will be considered eligible for the prize draw.
Eligible entrants will then be ranked by their tie-breaker answer to:
“How many cricket balls do you think would fit in the tray of the Kia Tasman?”
The entrant whose answer is closest to the Promoter’s official number will be deemed the winner.
If more than one entrant is equally closest, the entrant with the earliest submission timestamp will be declared the winner.

6. Prize Details
Two (2) prizes will be awarded:

• WBBL Prize: one (1) signed WBBL bat and one (1) signed WBBL shirt
• BBL Prize: one (1) signed BBL bat and one (1) signed BBL shirt
  Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for an item of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Determination
The WBBL winner will be determined following the Adelaide Strikers WBBL match at Adelaide Oval.
The BBL winner will be determined following the final Adelaide Strikers BBL home match at Adelaide Oval.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness for promotional purposes (in connection with the competition only), without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and, if opted-in, for marketing communications from Adelaide City Kia.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

10. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or breach these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner determination are final and binding.

11. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
a) any technical failures (QR, phone or internet issues);
b) late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
c) injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
